SECTION A: Generic BA/PO/PM Roles & Responsibilities (MUST HAVE)
- Consult with client stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into functional and
non-functional requirements - You will work with / as Product Managers to evaluate the Product Roadmap to identify features for
development and identify "definition of done" for each feature - Lead robust, fast (through) inceptions (identify scope, value, solution) and Own prioritized actionable

- Proven ability to convert business understanding into process flows / user journeys / use case diagrams/
screen mockup with appropriate tools - Experience in leading stakeholder and team meetings with excellent communication skills (both verbal
and written), negotiating and persuasive ability to arrive at agreeable approaches - Willingness to keep learning & upskilling oneself with a flexible mindset to work in various sub-domains
and perform variety of roles as per project requirement - Experience and comfort for working with technology teams and understanding below tech stack – Cloud,

Services, Credit Card Program Launch & Card Program/portfolio Management, Charge & Lending - Experience in Banking in following areas: Customer Acquisition & Onboarding, AML, KYC, CDD, Fraud
Prevention, Disputes Management - End to end understanding of the Payments lifecycle from Front to Mid to Back-office processing.,
Payment Authorization, Clearing & Settlement - Experience of working across geo specific High Value Payment types such as FedWire, CHIPS,
BACS, Faster payments, SEPA, FedNow, Zelle, CHAPS - Experience in Payments message types such as SWIFT, MT / MX, ISO20022 and proprietary
